Hi AFTA staff can you please give me the details to a house clearance company that is fully insured and works in the Wigton area and can quote to do a complete house clearance including loft and garage including any chemicals on site (there are some paints ,cleaners ,inks and 1kilo of mercury in a plastic bottle)
In addition the house would require a deep clean as it is filthy and smelly.The house is a 3 bedroom semi detached with single garage. Thanks AFTA

Hi, last month I used a fully licenced and insured company who are members oF AFTA called Northern House Clearance. Northern House Clearance were recommended to me by AFTA.
The Northern House Clearance specialists have done an amazing job clearing my mums three bedroom house and garage in Wigton. My mum moved into residential care, we needed to have her house competently cleared of all furniture, carpets etc inc chemicals also.
Thanks to Northern House Clearance who have provided us an outstanding service, we are now in the process of selling her house! Once the team cleared the property they completed a thorough deep clean, trust me we needed it! Amazing job well done all the way throughout. I couldn’t recommend them more! Thanks Sarah
