Hi AFTA
I was wondering if you would be able to help us. We’ve taken on a property from a family member who has been unwell. It’s been neglected and is in a state. There are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and cupboard under the stairs that all need clearing.
Some of the waste is already bagged, some is lose. There is a large bird cage and two damaged sofas that will need to be taken too. We need this done ad soon as possible.
Is this at all possible and could you give us the details of a house clearance service within the Stewarton area. Many thanks AFTA.

Hi, last month I used a company called Northern House Clearance who came highly recommended by AFTA and it’s customers. My aunt who sadly passed has left her three bedroom flat in such a state, it got to the point where there was rubbish in every room, mouldy food etc.
Most of the rubbish had been bagged into the bedrooms but had been their for many years, this caused a Nasty smell and unwanted visitors in the flat. Northern House clearance specials have done an amazing job clearing her flat, it’s like a whole new place. The flat is in east Ayrshire. Hope this helps.
