I have a house I am looking for a reliable licensed and insured house clearance service.
It is a 2 bed semi, fully furnished and has not been lived in for a couple of years. There is some mess/clutter inside, also documents that would need securely disposing of as well as items in the loft.
Hopefully this gives you enough information to provide me with the details of a house clearance firm working in the Maybole area, but if you need any further information, please let me know and I should be able to provide it.

Hello Ray, my mum passed away a few years ago and having her house cleared seemed like such a huge task so I kept pushing it to the back of my mind.
A few years on I needed to have the house cleared in order to sell it. My mums house is a large three bedroom farmhouse in Girvan. I contact Northern House Clearance who came highly recommended by AFTA. After receiving a fair quote I decided to book them, I couldn’t bring myself to visit the house whilst it still had all of my mums personal belongings in so I arranged for the team to collect the keys from the local estate agents.
Five hours into the day of the appointment I received a phone call to say that the clearance had been completed, I met the Northern House clearance specialists at the house to collect the keys, they showed me around to make sure I was pleased with the service.
