Dear AFTA
We are currently dealing with an estate in Maryport where there is an extremely cluttered property which has experienced some fire damage.
We believe that there may be some original deeds in the property and are inquiring as to whether you can recommend a house clearance company to clear the house and to also search for the deeds.

Hi Paula, last month we had to have a three bedroom bungalow cleared of all belongings after a small fire broke out. The bungalow is situated in Brampton – Cumbria.
I contacted Northern House Clearance to provide a quote and availability for clearing the property. The specialist team came out to clear the bungalow, it only took them roughly 4 hours to clear all of the belongings and fire damaged furniture, everything had to be recycled due to the fire damage and strong smell of smoke. The team did manage to keep aside a small amount of paperwork that I required. I hope this helps you.
