I’m looking for a house clearance service this month if possible. It’s my grandmas home who we have had to unfortunately move into a permanent residential home. It’s a 3 bedroom terraced house based in Ballantrae.
Can you please contact me ASAP to provide me with the company details of a house clearance service AFTA recommends. Many thanks.

I’ve managed to take pretty much everything that we want to keep other than a few white goods – We would need any house clearance company to leave all curtains, blinds and carpets.
Other than that, everything is to go. There is also a shed on the back garden that needs to be emptied please.

Hi Sylvia.
AFTA recommended Scotland House Clearance to me as the best House Clearance company. After reading many reviews, I booked their service to clear my aunts three bedroom bungalow in Dunure.
I had taken a lot to local charity shops myself their was mostly bulky furniture left to go. In order to hand the keys back to the letting agents I needed the whole bungalow cleared as well as cleaned, leaving only the white goods, carpets and curtains that belonged to the landlord.
To the side of the bungalow was a small shed which contained a lawn mower and a few tools. The house clearance specialists from Northern House Clearance have done a fantastic job. Hope this helps.
